Islamabad – Skardu
Arrival in Skardu, meet & greet and transfer to hotel for check-in. Explore Kharpocho Fort, visit Manthal
Buddha Rock and drive to lower & Upper Kachura Lakes. Return to Glamp for overnight stay.
Morning proceed for a full-day excursion to Deosai Plains (3500 – 5200m) and drive all the way to
Sheosar Lake. Enjoy the stretch of the plains from the top, drive to Bara Pani and enjoy scenic views of
the snowcapped peaks from the bridge, and finally visit the picturesque Sheosar Lake before driving
back to Skardu. Upon arrival, transfer to Glamp for overnight stay
Drive from Skardu to Shigar valley en route Safranga Cold Desert. Shigar has been a princely state under
a local ruler from the Amacha Dynasty who built Fong Khar (Fort on the Rock) in the 17th century which
was abandoned and later restored and converted into a hotel. Upon arrival in Shigar, transfer to Shigar

Serena Palace for check-in. Afternoon explores the town by visiting Ambirq Mosque, Blind lake, and the
apple garden. Overnight stay in hotel.
Drive from Shigar to Khaplu valley (100km – Apr. 2.5 hrs). Upon arrival, check-in at Serena Khaplu Fort
and explore the town in the afternoon. Visit the 600 years old Chaqchan mosque, explore the valley, and
back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Drive from Khaplu to Skardu in the afternoon and proceed to the Lower Kachura FWO resort. Enjoy the
views or the lake and relax. Overnight stay at hotel.
